Can you suggest the best Manuscript Tracking System that is both author and editor friendly and not so expensive to maintain?
Common one include eJournal Press, Editorial Manager, ScholarOne, Open Journal System (OJS) among others.
Your opinion?
OpenJournalSystems (OJS). Not always intuitive but you get great support from the community and can influence its development (user forum, GitHub developer community). Further on, it is highly customizable (if you are a bit tech-savvy) and provides great language support for many languages.
Each trusted journal has its own tracking system via its editorial e-stage..

Thanks for the response. We actually want to adopt one for our journal.
Editorial Manager and ScholarOne both are good for authors and reviewers.
