Hi all,
My lab is looking to do more exploration studies using ELISPOT and Fluorospot (3-4 colours). We are looking at a couple of different companies: CTL, Mabtech, AID, etc. Does anyone have experience with these fluorospot machines? Any recommendations on which company to go with, or specific models, based on ease of use, software, reliability, customer support, and of course, cost?

Mabtech 100%. I used AID for years and have some experience with CTL's but Mabtech's is by far the easiest to use and gives accurate data regardless of user experience. The AID reader I used daily could give different results based on difference focus/exposure/gamma/cameras settings. The IRIS does the calibration for you so you just have to put your plate it in and press read. Saved my PhD or at least made it much easier :)
