Good morning everyone!
I was wondering if you would have advice/trustable references or products to study exosome fusion at the plasma membrane by live cell imaging. In the past we have used DID/DIL to label viruses and study intracellular fusion in the endosomes, so I am guessing some things can be adapted to exosome fusion at the PM but maybe there are preferred approaches for exosomes?

Molecular probes have some good dye options. Nothing super special about exosomes, whatever your Lab is commonly using for cell membrane labeling will work. excess of dye can be depleted by mini-gel filtration spin columns
