We routinely use the EGM bullet kit from Lonza for our EPC reprogramming experiments, and it works well for us.

Thank you for your answer. I would like to grow EPC in an undifferentiated state without transition into EC.
Could try using the EBM basal media without the bullet kit, only use antibiotics and FBS. You could also try M199 basal media with antibiotics and serum (5-10%) for long term maintenance. Alternatively, here are 2 good papers I attached here from Tan et al. that involve EPC to EC differentiation (the StemCellDevo). It's possible you could just try keeping the cells in mesoderm induction media (MIM) and isolate the CD34 positive population for experiments. I have a feeling that the CD34 positive population will probably decrease over time in culture as the cells will eventually spontaneously differentiate, you may have to sort cells the day before an experiment. You need to read up on a lot of the EC pathways and which ones you might want to inhibit to keep an EPC state (The StemCell Rev).
