Vaccine from Astra Zeneca for prophylaxis of COVID-19 in some cases induce blood clotting and thrombosis, blood embolism, and blood vessels damage.
However, thrombosis, blood embolism and endothelial damage, all of them, futures of diseases of COVID-19.
Vaccine from Astra Zeneca is a DNA vaccine.
Is it meaning that at some cases vaccine can reproduce toxic or/and immune reactions which is similar to COVID-19 virus antigens? Is it meaning that in some cases vaccine can reproduce and transfer part of code for active proteins or peptides, which initiate inflammation and blood thrombosis ?
Breathing problems may be part of the symptoms of covid. However, the RNA /DNA vaccines produce the capsides of the virus and the antobodies do the work. Thrombosis is the effect of the vaccine. It could be the surrounding environment of the vaccine (macrogol)
I think until now, not all things have become clear about the virus. It takes a lot of time to clarify many of the ambiguous things

Too early to blame AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine as a cause of thrombosis
Before blaming Astra-Zeneca COVID-19 vaccine as a culprit for causing increased thrombotic events, we have have to know whether the reported cases of thrombosis were in people who had evidence of previous COVID-19 infection, as these people are more likely to get thrombotic events later on (1) independently of whether or not they receive a vaccine.
It is worth doing a case control study of thrombotic events in COVID-19 vaccine recipients comparing people who have evidence of previous SARS-COV=2 infection versus those who did not have such infection.

Can Aspirin reduce thrombosis after immunization with vaccine from Astra Zeneca and eliminate negative side effect?
Should Aspirin to be a doctors recommendation as a part of vaccination for group of risk of thrombosis?
The vaccine imitates the virus and its syptoms are similar. If those secondary effects are only due to the vaccine, it would only mean the components. (Maybe even say no symptoms as it is a vaccine)
Scientists demonstrated data that virus COVID -19 can damage breathing system on several levels: 1. Damage brain breathing centers. 2. Damage lungs - lung circulatory system - arterioles and lung bronchioles. 3. Virus can change ability of hemoglobin to accept oxygen.
Therapy is different: 1. Level One - only ICU and mechanical ventilator 2. Level Two - corticosteroids, NSAID - depend on phase, ICU and mechanical ventilator - if necessary. 3. Level Three - blood transfusion.
I have taken two doses of this vaccine and haven't observed any side effect yet.

Hi. I think the side effects will not appear on all people but in a few.
The negative side-effects of Astra-Zeneca COVID=19 vaccine have been highlighted by the media although rare. However, it is enough to drive the people away and shun this vaccine.
Even people above age 50 are reluctant to get this vaccine although most of the thrombotic events have been reported in people younger than 50-years.
Dmitri Popov the vaccine-induced side effects of thrombosis are very rare. It will therefore not be possible to determine whether any medications reduce the risk of their occurrence.
However, these thrombosis are more commonly venous and general therapeutic principles imply that antiplatelet agents are generally used to prevent arterial thrombosis and anticoagulants are used to prevent venous thrombosis. Therefore the use of aspirin can not be recommended in this situation.
