I've tried changing and modify pH and concentration of both chitosan and TPP solution. But I'm not able to see any encapsulation of aminoacid when nanoparticles are formed.
I dissolve aminoacids in chitosan solution, after that step I carry out ionic gelation method with TPP.

There are several reasons that may not have lead to nanoencapsulation. It seems the amino acids need to be neutralized first. The zwitterionic stage may not be helping. Also, check this out:
