I'm using the BIOPAC MP160 to collect the EMG data. I don't know why the duration of my marker is very different, such as 200ms, 500ms, 9570ms. The start time of some marker is wrong, but all markers' end time is right. In fact, I only need the end time. But I don't know how to input the end time of these markers with different duration on the data. So, I want to seek advice from you.

Can't address why you have different durations because the MP system only passively records the digital signals. Whatever is setting those durations is the hardware/software sending the signals. Anyway, there are lots of options for how to proceed. To find, for instance, all of the places where the signal in channel 29 went low, you could use "Transform > Expression..." and use this expression:
AND(EQUAL(CH29,0),CH29(-1))
Leave the "Destination" as "New", make sure "Transform entire wave" is checked, and the result will be a channel that is zero everywhere except for the first point after a pulse. If instead you wanted the last high point of each pulse, this expression would do that:
AND(EQUAL(CH29(1),0),CH29)
