A.Food and Drinks:
1. Always maintain personal hygiene.
2. Do not take any fast food or prepared food outside home.
3. Do not drink any artificially prepared Drinks.
4. Do not take any artificially colored and flavored food/ drinks (including chocolate, ice cream etc.).
5. Do not take high caloric food regularly.
B. Lifestyle:
6. Perform some physical exercise every day.
7. Perform a controlled life. Go to bed at 10 PM and rise between 7 AM
8. Do not consume alcohol, Tobacco, narcotic drugs.
C. Medical:
9. Do not use any chemical mixtures in any name on skin or hair.
10. Do not take any medicine now and then. Take medicines (Modern Medicines) only after consulting doctors.
11. Do not look on the mobile screen more than 1 hour daily. Do not use ear phones for more than one hour daily.
D. Controlling Pollution:
12. Do not throw any plastic packet in the garbage. Use plastic packet as less as you can.
13. Do not use any plastic material where alternative is available.
14. Always try to use mass carrying vehicle like bus, train etc. and try to avoid single carrying vehicle like car.
E. Behavior:
15. Always behave gentle and polite with all people.
16. Do not be greedy to anything and jealous to anybody. Always try to achieve the desired object/ thing.
