Hi everyone, in the sequel of the previous discussion for Artificial Intelligence Scenarios on Automotive Dealer I am in the process of designing and developing a Predictive Maintenance Report.

The report is extracting the vehicle's MileagePerDay using AI and at the same time is checking how ofter parts or labors are being replaced extracting the service's OccursDays. Then dividing these two we can calculate a forecast of the next service and suggested parts or labors.

What I am dealing with is that the report is suggesting different types of a product belong in the same kind which is compatible with the same car!

Take the following example, a specific car can have 6L oil of 5w/30w or 10w/30w, so if this specific model has been repaired with both types of oil then the report will suggest changing both oil types in the feature.

Any idea on how to handle this behavior?
