From Fresh print U.S 1 Survival Guide Editor is this article ( on page 4):
"Are you doing your job search backwards" ?
The typical way to look for a
job is to put a resume together and
then look at jobs that match your
skill set. “You find a pigeonhole
that you might fit into,” says author
and motivational speaker Jim
Donovan. “But after you’ve been
doing that for two years and it
hasn’t worked out, you might want
to do something different.”
....
And since I am out of my regular day job for more than two years now, I can't say I am satisfied with my performance and activities entirely self-directed, in comparison with working under 'Political Correct' guardianships as one of many from pay-check to pay-check and from 9 to 4 public servant for almost 15 years. I always felt that I am so much better at doing what my job description asked me to do, which brought my downfall of even slightly a bit more sympathetic on 'political incorrect' sentiment, terminated my last employment on not entirely bilateral terms. So here's my question of the day:
Are you doing your next discovery of self realization backwards? How do you inspire and motivate others to support what you are doing happily, instead of doggedly?
