I am planning to use parts of these questionnaires in my research:
My question is will I be able to use these questionnaires just by citing the original papers or do I have to buy it from somewhere or get permission from some authorities?

Usually asking for permission to the original inventor of the scale via e-mail is enough. In order to protect yourself against copyright issues It may be useful to keep the e-mails sent by the owners of the scales.

In my opinion all answers on RG is free. In doubtful cases one can find the author's works and refer to them. You can also ask the author directly whether you can use his answers in your work. Any case, I'm not expect quoting when answering questions. The ultimate case is when the work can be done together, but this option can also be discussed.
