Other papers that I know include the wave universe model by Chechelnitsky, and the fractal Schrodinger model of Laurent Nottale.

This seems to be a total misapplication of Bessel functions.
1) There is neither evidence for, nor a credible mechanism for, a process that generates a shock wave sufficiently intense to locally 'compact' matter in the protosolar system. Indeed, given the rarefied nature of a collapsing gas cloud, such a process seems unphysical.
2) This is not a peer-reviewed 'paper'. For example:
". I was able to verify that pressure is affected by several variables and the
results suggest that pressure is very dependent on those variables. "
WIth no clue given to what those variable are, and no explanation of the microphysics needed to convert a hypothesized 'pressure' into a localized compaction of free-orbiting grains in a gas. Ah, but this incredible oversight is explained by the next point.

This was written by a child at a well-intentioned school. This is not a paper from an expert researcher in the field.

Regardless, of this not reviewed paper, there are some papers describing wave equation for solar system. For example, see papers by Laurent Nottale from Paris, published in Astronomy and Astrophysics Journal, 1997-2000. Do you think that such a wave model is worthy to consider? Thanks and best wishes

I can only find a few that address planetary formation at all. Dr Nottale has devised, it seems, a new form of Relativity that relies on a self-similar scaling law. I do not find the hypothesized relationships compelling.
He writes, in 'Scale-relativity and quantization of exoplanet orbital semi-major axes' (2000), that "But the new point here is that only some particular orbits are allows"
If this is the case, then I wonder how his neat mathematical series of predictions makes sense of the Oort cloud? And his data set has a magical cut-off of 13 jupiter masses, I wonder why.
It is not sufficient for something to be published (heck, I've got publications that I now regret), but it has to be widely supported by evidence and extrapolated to form hypotheses.
I see no uptake of this idea in the exoplanetary community - I would label it is 'interesting but probably wrong'. I'm being deliberately harsh - I know - but if such dynamic phenomena were at work, they should apply to all bodies, and we have a host of satellites presently in orbit (GPS. Gravity Probe B, etc.) that have shown *no* evidence for 'special' orbits of any sort.
I used to be a mission analyst for launch vehicles. If some coercive feature of space-time only allowed some orbits (Dr Nottale's words) then I do not understand why no evidence of such coercion is seen in commercial satellite systems that have their positions known to a few metres.

His program is called scale relativity, with apparent intention to use fractal methods to understand multiscale phenomena from elementary particle to large scale structures.
The paper that i cited about solar system is written by Nottale, Schumacher, and Gay, Astron. Astroph 322, 1997.
But you are right that his approach has many unanswered questions, like Oort cloud and also possibility to explain orbits of man-made satellites. Of course, it is not a perfect theory, but it seems that it has been written by an astronomer who is bother to check his calculation with observations.
Btw do you know a solar nebula theory for Oort cloud? I read a paper sometime ago which uses lane emdeen equation to describe a new planetoid in Kuiper belt, but i forgot now the author name.

I think, you are interested in wave-nature of planetary orbital paths, in space. Circular/elliptical orbital paths, derived from relative positions of cosmic bodies are only apparent and they may be used only find their relative parameters (and nothing else).
