Are there steps in the Quiagen Powersoil 96 DNA extraction kit that can be paused and left overnight without fungal spoilage?

I am about to start a largescale soil DNA extraction and I am hoping to find the steps that can be an overnight stopping point in the extraction process. I am the only one working and I am concerned about stability of the fungal DNA in these samples if left to thaw in the soil or in a solution that can cause spoilage/change in community composition. Let me know if you have any experience with this! Thanks :)
