There is one inhibitor available from Calbiochem which is described as MARK2 specific (MARK/Par-1 Activity Inhibitor, 39621 - Calbiochem, Timm, T., et al. 2011. J. Biol. Chem. 286, 41711.) but I have no first hand data about its reliability in human cells.
Depending on your experimental requirements, you may also use a general protein kinase inhibitor like staurosporine which inhibits MARK2 in-vitro with nanomolar potency. But due to its unspecificity this inhibitor is not really well suited for cell culture experiments.
