Supposed that the methods were neatly planned, some experiments do not give the expected results. Oftentimes this means that the experiments do not fit into current theories or do not give incremental input to current theories.
Now i found a journal (Health Psychology Bulletin) where such experiments can be published to fight against the publication bias.
Are there similar journals for other fields in psychology?
First, that's an interesting and relevant question. I am not only interested in the answers to your specific question of "suitable" journals, but in the discussion about the importance and the handling of this topic in the scientific community. I'd like to add a longer contribution to this discussion, but today I cannot do it anymore. Therefore, I summarize today and answer the question briefly without discussing it.
There are still more discussions to this question at Research Gate and there are also several publications in the RG datebase. To my knowledge, there are only few scientific journals, which are publishing particularly non-significant results, mostly in the area of Ecology or Biological sciences. Finally, I would recommend you to directly contact various publishers or the editorial board of special psychology journals. They are better acquainted with the portfolio of their publishers and can often give recommendations in which journal a contribution fits. Most publishers have journals in the same field of science, but these have different impact and different interests among researchers who want to publish. In my opinion, many researchers or authors make the mistake to submit a revised article to another publisher, rather than to another journal of the same publisher, if a submission has been rejected.
I believe any journals related to your field should accept the paper as long the research conducted is methodologically correct and ethically accepted. Not all research yield's the expected hypothetical postulations. In certain conditions, negative results are equally important and gives great impact. Try any journals that fits the scope of your research question. Open access journals would give you greater chances.
