Глубокоуважаемый Альберт Арутюнян, пока модераторы не отзываются, предлагаю Вам показать обществу Ваши достижения в краткосрочных прогнозах землетрясений. Сколько землетрясений были вами прогнозированы вашей методикой. Ведь ПРАКТИКА ПОДТВЕРЖДАЕНТ ТЕОРИЮ.
Уважаемый Александр, В статье представлен только механизм очага землетрясений (вследствие дегидратации происходит взрыв, доказано в лабораторных условиях) , о прогнозе ни слово. Если мы знаем с чего , или как образуется очаг, тогда легче будет и прогнозировать. А причины возникновения очагов разные, многие нам не известны. Если что нитак, прошу извенить. С уважением Альберт.

Видимо, Вы не прочли "Генезис землетрясений" и краткосрочный прогноз землетрясений, и результаты официальных испытаний под контролем РЭС, МЧС и эксперта из США. Практические испытания подтвердили теорию. Она принята Председателем РЭС проф. А.В. Николаевым. (2012 - 2013). Доклад без заявлений оппонентов прошел на заседании совета РЭС 2015. И подтвержден Зам. Директора ИФЗ Проф. Рогожиным. Все документы зарегистрированы.
Патент на краткосрочный прогноз зарегистрирован.
Поэтому проблема только в отсутствии инвестора.
Разумное государство могло бы просто купить патент и раз в десять дороже продать. Но сейчас обманом на метод EEWS берут деньги из бюджета, а результат им не нужен.
Господин Альберт Арутюнян, сколько заключений экспертов Вам надо, чтоб признать открытие совершенным?
Это письмо мне прислали после моего доклада на конференции, где выступали специалисты и заведующие лабораториями ИФЗ РАН и специалисты других стран.
