I searching for software for estimating combining ability and heterosis?

Our department produced two software for analysis hyman and griffing. both of them are perfect but they need an old version of windows to work. Si if you have xp windows, it will work perfectly. the computer should be connected with printer. The results will be in print out

I would like to add another option with the above suggestions is R. There are some packages which deals with diallel analysis ('agricolae', 'plantbreeding' etc) in R platform.

Probably you are looking for Dial98 which is available at http://lbm.ab.a.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~ukai/dial98.html.
It takes data rep wise and then gives GCA, SCA, and gene action in the results.

PBTools didn't have option to analysis Hayman' approach and it's just have Griffing approach. But, AGD-R is another media to perform analysis of both approaches. As I noticed, its is best optimized for hayman approaches but not for Griffing. Because it did't give us all genetic parameters. If AGD-R calculate all genetic parameters in 4 methods and four models in each method, it will be the best software in this field.
