Are there commercial FDA cleared/ IVD-assays for pyruvate kinase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase?

Obviously, there are several protocols out there how to measure PK and G6PDH, but are there any commercial FDA cleared/ IVD-assays off-the-shelf that may be used in a routine medical laboratory (on standard platforms)?
