Are there cancer phenotypes which have their reasons not on a genetic level (=mutations in (non)coding DNA or integration of viruses etc.)

More precisely, are there any cancer, which has its cause only in a signalling error (by random cause or by non-genetic environmental changes) which leads them to be trapped in a stable signalling circuit (epigenetic, (post)-transcriptional, translational etc.), which determines the abberant behaviour of the cancer cell.
