I am under the impression that most (if not all) cell lines commercially distributed for use in experimental studies are pure cultures. I am curios if there are cell culture systems that have been developed to support the simultaneous proliferation of two or more cell populations from genetically distant hosts.
Chances are that such a cell line would not be particularly stable as one population would probably win over the other in the long term. What exists are cell lines which are hybrid of two or more parent cell lines and these cell lines can come from different species. This is the case of hybridomas but also for other type of hybrid cell lines like the ones (rodent/human hybrid) which were developed a long time ago to map the human genome. See:

By accident what you propose did/does exist but are then generally not distributed once people find out that there are two distinct cell populations in what was supposed to be a specific cell line. For example, LT-1 was thought to be a frog cell line but was found to be a complex mixture of a fish and a turtle cell lines:
