Maybe these ROI masks based on the work of Shirer, Menon, et al. are of interest:

They include several resting-state networks and partially also subcortical areas. When you click on the brain images of the fROIs, the masks will be downloaded.

Thank you for your reply. The ROI masks you mentioned are great, but these ROIs seem to only cover several portions of brain rather than the whole brain. Actually, I would like to categorize findings from previous studies into different network. If the template does not cover the whole brain, some effects outside the template may be impossible to be categorized.

I don't think that every single brain area has already been associated with a resting-state functional network. I am not even sure if this is to be expected. Of course, every brain area is involved in one or probably more networks, but this depends on the specific task (e.g. at rest or only when performing a specific behavior, etc.) and level of analysis.
So I think what you can do is focus on well-known functional networks for the specific context you are interested in (e.g., resting state).
