I am aware of the study "Hofer and Frahm, 2006" that used adults as the subjects. Using the definition of that study in diffusion images of children does not yield satisfactory results, e.g. when defining the splenium as the posterior 1/4 of the CC width, most of the time we get some fibers that look like the fibers of the body of the CC along with occipital and temporal projections of the splenium. Do you know any studies suggesting a delineation of the CC parts in children?
