Hi all,

I am modelling a bond-slip relation for reinforced concrete beam using connector-translator section in ABAQUS v6.11. Both steel and concrete are 3d solid section. What I found was, we have to manually pick the nodes on the surfaces which which we have to connect and attach wire feature to the connecting nodes before assigning the translator section to the wire. This process will not be efficient in case of a larger model or mesh refinement. Is there any other way by which the same process can be simplified.

Any insight into the same is welcome.
