Based on a review of the literature and analysis of the culture medium formulation, R-Spondin1 exhibits the highest concentration. As reported in the literature (PMID: 25910078), the inhibition of testicular angiogenesis induced by DKK1 is reversed by R-spondin1, suggesting that its agonistic effect may be excessively potent.
