I want to isolate endosomes and lysosomes but not through ultracentrifugation.
If someone knows a reliable kit for this purpose please let me know.

yes there kits for lysozyme, you may check the website of lifetechnology and Sigma.
Years ago we have isolated organelles by FACS sorting, based on staining with fluorescently conjugated antibodies.
