2. Recognized/indexed journal accept papers with good quality.Moreover, writing ideas and hypotheses as a formal review paper or short communication could be accepted if it includes abstract, introduction, main body, justification, conclusions, ... could be accepted in the journal,

Sincerely thank you all. I have some ideas in my mind (actually the proposal is prepared) that, in my opinion, I can get useful comments through publishing them because I can not perform them right now. The Emerald range takes opinions, conceptual papers, point of view, etc. You specify the type of paper when you are uploading the journal for review.

The problem with hypothesis papers is that they often lack supporting evidence. The idea should be backed by a strong line of reasoning or supporting evidence in existing literature.
