Any case studies I may use? We are currently involved in a project of setting guidelines for using tracers in groundwater/aquifer studies for SA.
However, following my research I still cannot get to the allowable or acceptable amounts to be used when performing tracer tests. Especially amounts that will meet drinking standards. In what amount do tracers become harmful to the environment or animals/aquatic life and humans when introduced into water?
This study is based on groundwater and covers: water temperature, solid particulates, ions, isotopes, organic dyes, gases and CFCs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
