Any established protocol related to azide alkyne coupling reaction to label the surface of viral particles
What functional groups on the particular viral surface are amenable to tagging?
Thanks for your response
I need to know that common methods
You need to functionalise the surface of your viral particles, the method of doing this will depend on the virus itself. Is it membrane bound or free protein? are there any glycosylated residues, accessible C or N terminal proteins etc.
I need Anti-Claudin8 Primary and Anti-Claudin2 conjugated Ab for my immunofluorescence experiment. If anybody has worked on it. Please share the accession number/details.
