I want to know whether topography changes over time are considered in the current models of erosion. I'm not saying that we should run the model with a separate topography maps at any single event, but can automatic topography changes be performed by the model?
Suppose that we want to know the future shape of a phenomenon over several periods of erosion. With such a model of erosion, we could obtain the form of the land over the erosion period.

Can you please be somewhat more specific in your question? What is "surface dynamics" in this context? Do you mean that erosion is somehow time-dependent? On the other hand you may want to be aware of the scale because and scales of soil erosion (you included in topics) plant cover play an important role (and yes, the plants could be removed by erosion, so the story becomes time-dependent), but at other scales (e.g. at catchment scale) this effect is typically lumped into a specific erodibility-related variable (like fluvial length scale).
Surface processes models typically work in an iterative manner, i.e. there are time steps. During one step all calculated incremental erosion and deposition occur in the whole model space and then the new topography will be considered as new input condition for the next time step.
There are also a number of issues which type of erosion you wish to model (fluvial, eolian, glacial, submarine, etc.)

we are using the event based EROSION 3D model to simulate morphological development of surfaces.But beside the generated surfcace you will need all input parameters for the initiall conditions of the consecutive events. If you want more information on this, please tell me.
