If you do not get answers here, try expanding your search into 3D printing companies (see if they have the segmentation service without printing the anatomic model). I've seen advertisements for these (I can't find this particular service through a quick google search). I remember them being a bit pricey.
Other universities or academic medical centers may offer such a service (e.g., we do) but billing or data transfer from institution to institution may be a bit of a headache (vs just purchasing the service from a company).
As another option, perhaps look into using ilastik and doing it yourself. It is a free, open source, and interactive toolkit that uses a random forest classifier to segment data. It is pretty user friendly, intuitive, and requires no machine learning knowledge. We've had great luck getting a variety of researchers, from student to professional level, to successfully use it. https://www.ilastik.org/
