In the US a vaccine will do testing with ~20K people. The COVID vaccines have done this with ~40K. The only short cuts were administrative, not scientific. Also of note is the fact that these vaccines with two injections will be 90-95% effective. The influenza vaccine given every year has an average effectiveness of ~45%. One injection only is effective for 40%, the same as the flu vaccine. My question is would the % effectiveness the flu vaccine be better if two injections were given?
The question is very important, but without trials ou cannot verify new techniques.
What I am more embarrassed about: for mten years I treat virusinfections succerssfull without possible side effects. The procedure is also effective with corona viruses. I have informed all the relevant authorities about the possibility of treatmetn, but the reactions were none or just "shitstorms". I sugested to organize studies which I casnnot make because I have no money and >I feel too old. So they force me to take my knowldge into my coffin.
