I want to couple RPA or LAMP assays to a non-rigorous DNA extraction method (as heat and spin method, or another), so I want to know is RPA assays are as tolerant of inhibitors as LAMP assays.

why do you want to couple them? RPA can potentially do what LAMP can. The tolerant to inhibitors as you call it is due to the kind of enzyme used in these assay. LAMP mostly use sturdy enzyme Bst, which makes it tolerant if hypothetically a sensitive enzyme is used in LAMP, it would not be that tolerant RPA is basically a soup of several enzymes and its tolerance would be dependent on the kind/type of enzymes used
