Hi,

We're doing some LSPR studies measuring antigen-IgG binding, and I'm trying to learn the general properties of IgG's.  From the few I've studied carefully, they have similar masses (120-150kDa), have neutral isoelectric points (6.5-7.5) and obviously, have similar structures.  The isoelecric point and mass are critical parameters in our sensing surface, and we're trying to optimize it towards detecting IgG.  Is it safe to say the parameters I've given for mass and isoelectric point are representative of many IgG's, or do they vary a great deal?

Thanks
