Due to dissolution of Iron in aluminum and its undesirable effect on the cast part I want to know how to omit this effect? once I heard about they are made from cast Iron with high content of Aluminum but I don't know what exactly they are. Thanks for your answers in advance.
You can use transfer ladle from Ceramic Fiber Blanket reach to temperature (1260°C) which is suitable for refractory and hot Insulation .

You have standard ceramic crucibles availables in differet measurements of many suppliers (Vesubius, Morgan...). If you want something special use a high alumina castable concrete of any refractory manufacturer.
