Hello, Is it possible to apply heat transfer coefficient at liquid-vapor interface in fluent? i.e., at the liquid meniscus in Figures bleow. In the second figure, it can be seen that mass source terms are applied on liquid cells which are adjacent to the liquid-vapor interface(meniscus) and the heat of evaporation is removed by applying a heat transfer coefficient at the interface.
Can anyone help me how to achieve this?
I am trying to create a 'Mesh Interface' in Fluent - which generates non-overlapping WALL boundaries, on which I am applying heat transfer coefficients as shown in the third figure? Is this procedure correct?
Note: Figures are taken from doi:10.1016/j.ijheatmasstransfer.2010.09.037
Thanks & Regards, Vidyadhar
