for last 20 years i am involve in capacity building of small NGOs working on health & health related issues. i am a;so involve on Advocacy & policy research on important community health issues at State & National level using a larger platform of NGOs federation.

I am the faculty adviser for a student group for the American Criminal Justice Association at my university called Lambda Alpha Epsilon. It has 75 students and engages in career related nationwide criminal justice competitions.

not so much, because I am in stress before coming bedridden or in care or no longer responsive, I have much to do for posteriority and for some others today

Apart from teaching and research, i found pleasure in counselling students on how to make the best of their life while in school and how to face the challenges of life after graduation.

I work with NGO's for upliftment of poor and downtrodden people of the society, and also educate the people about environmental protection through environmental awareness programmes.

Apart from Teaching and Research I spent remaining time for extension activities, whatever research out come regarding beneficial for fisherman and Agriculture community, Our institute organize training programme for unemployed youth, fisher community, entrepreneurs(Fish processing), SHGs and NGOs, through this techniques are given to above mentioned communities.

Schools is not only a center of study but also a cultural center. Whenever teachers may integrate the community to the classroom and performs out reach activities, then the potentials of accademic will be continuously growing. Apart from researching and study mains activity I use to perform are related to integrate industry to the accademy. By means of seminars, events and dissertations we may define common points to improve quality of education and integrate students to this interrelation.
