I am currently working on several proteins with at least 4 disulfide bonds. I am isolating inclusion bodies and refolding the proteins. I would like to try expression of the same using CyDisCo system. Any information regarding the system would be helpful.

i never tried cDysco sistem but i used origami strain and periplamic expression with pelb or ompa leader coupled with induction at low temperature end id some cases works well for me with proteins with 2 or 3 S-S. How big is your protein? is it from bacteria or eucariotes?

Hi Anna Gąciarz. Thank you. I have read the papers. We do not have the system. I came across the CyDisCo system while looking for E. coli systems for expression of proteins with S-S. So, I was interested in the system. I work on snake venom three finger toxins. I would like to try and express those proteins in the system, see if the proteins fold correctly.
