As I am working on polycrystalline thin film growth. I have to first calculate the conductivity of grain bulk portion and grain boundary. Then I have to find the sheet resistance. Please I need help.
Consider growing a few different films with different grain size and measure separately, by that you can differentiate the contribution of grains and bulk .
Another, much tougher approach is to try and use EBIC in SEM with 4 probes (sheet resistance 4 point probe).
Can you please tell me how can I find the electrical conductivity of one grain and it grain boundary? I have to write some C++ code. How Can I assume as I am working in theoretical lab.

I studied the bulk resistance and the grain boundary resistance and could separate them in polysilicon.. This research waits for you tens of year such that you can benefit from it.
