Warm the saturated acids to their boiling point (~80C) and add to warm PBS with 10% DMSO. Keep warm. Combine it with warm (50C) albumin at an appropriate molar ratio. Shake at 100+ rpm in 37-50C for 1 hour. Sterile filter afterwards.

Hi Jordan thank you for the suggestions but is there any concentration(M/mM/µM) FFA's has to be conjugated or to dissolve if u have any protocol to suggest me it will be much helpful for me to follow
