Non governmental organizations exist with an intent to serve the society for the welfare of the people. However, these NGOs also are faced with several challenges in terms of leadership, HR, funds, scrutiny, stability, support and so on.
How do the leaders or visionaries of the organizations manage to steadily build and sustain the entity amidst the internal and external challenges.
These challenges present themselves as polarities or dilemmas which can be managed but not be done away with. What sort of strategies should NGOs adopt to for effectively managing the polarities.
