Hi, I am new to molecular genetics. I've inherit this psf-oxb20 vector plasmid and successfully done some cloning.
Does anyone know where can I get this vector sequence map data?
I've tried the plasmid vendor website and Addgene website but to no available.
If anyone knows please do guide me.

Sorry, just saw that Oxgene webpages are unavailable. So i checked again, you can find some maps of your plasmid by searching 'psf oxb20' on google, then switching to images.
Otherwise, I found this link https://www.bocascientific.com/psfoxb20egfp-p-6547.html where they sell the plasmid coding for EGFP, there is a map but i didn't find the complete sequence of it.

No wonder I didnt get any results, because I type google search as 'psfoxb20'.
I already have partial sequence of my psf-oxb20 plasmid and will compare it with sequence plasmid in the addgene.
