It has been ages I need to start learning new thing from scratch and now kinda loss. Although I understood the basic ideas of CRISPR system, but some knowledge I learned from undergraduate either outdated or loss in my memories (mostly I forgot lots of things).
If only there a syllabus or step by step learning instruction focusing on understanding CRISPR tech and subsequently be able to do it?
e.g. My professor ask me to modified a gene for in-vitro/in-vivo study

I found the easiest and most comprehensive resource was Addgene CRISPR 101. You can download it for free here: http://blog.addgene.org/crispr-101
It links to relevant papers for further reading after each section. It might be a good idea to check out some of the key sources directly once you've gotten a handle on the basics.
~ Hye, thanks for the Zebrafish protocols and also the Addgene. I have read both sources and it really a good start. Although now I am just genotyping the edited mice from my professor, I really hope to be able to do it sometimes early next year.
