Hi, I am trying to find online files for Ly5.1/CD45.1/ptprc gene sequences and am having a difficult time. Does anyone know a site to find these? It seems odd that this allele is so difficult to find, but maybe I am just searching in the wrong places. I figured I would ask here before manually changing the bases from the WT C57BL/6 ptprc gene.

Thanks Frederic, I had looked through this page and found the ptprc allele page, but the Alliance genome page for the allele has either been removed, or doesn't exist. I will keep digging or just enter the point mutations into the B6 ptprc sequence if needed. Appreciate the help!
