Hello Amazing researchers

Anyone ever did the RT-qPCR or made the cDNA from 384-well plate? I need to do RT-qPCR to evaluate the knock-down efficiency of esiRNA. But due to limited esiRNA, we need to do 384-well plate transfection. I am planning to use cell to ct kits, but was not sure if cells that are in 384-well plate would be enough? If someone has experience, can you please let me know if it worked and what were things to do? If possible, can someone share their protocol as well?
