We are going to make a LFIA strip with gold nanoparticle conjugation to detect liver enzyme. I need to make a business case and fixed a selling price. If anybody share their idea that would be nice. The material including sample pad, conjugate pad, nitrocellulose, absorbing pad, backing, antibody, antigen, conjugate gold particle.You can give an approximate cost of a typical length strip.

I think the cost is dependent on the materials price and benefit, maybe research cost is also included. For example, different antibody has different cost. If you purchase the commercial antibody, the cost will be much higher than that of homemade. If possible, you can refer other commercial lateral flow products.

Why dont you do it on your own? Look for a DotBlot assay protocol from Abcam in the internet. All you actually need is the ECL detection reagent and a chemiluminescence reader. There is a very good and free software for densiometry called ImageJ to download from the internet. I was using this method in my publication (currently in revision) and could give you some further advice if you are considering it.
