Dear all,

I hope you don't mind my posting this as a question on your project. I wanted to take advantage of your collective expertise.

I'm running a replication of a lab study in which we took a range of phenotypic biomarkers of ageing, including facial photographs (to be rated for perceived age). In the lab, it wasn't difficult to standardise conditions for the facial photographs. However, we want to capture a broader demographic in our replication (the initial sample was mostly students), and so will have to go out into the field . We'd like to get facial photographs again, but are struggling with how to standardise conditions on the move. We'll be collecting data in a variety of locations, so equipment needs to be portable and, ideally, not too expensive. Does anyone have any suggestions for this?

Thanks!

Gillian
