I need a medication or factor as positive control for Treg induction in my study. I am working on Allergic airway inflammation immunotherapy via Treg induction mechanism in mouse model.
Do you have any experience about this topic? What is your suggestion about positive control?

If you like to use mice why not DEREK mice? In these mice all Foxp3+ cells are fluorescent and all Foxp3+ Treg can be depleted by one injection of diphtheria toxin. See:

If you like to transfer the results into the human system you can use a simple humanized mouse system together with gp120 for polyclonal Treg activation.

Thank you very much for your perfect answer but unfortunately DEREK mice in not available for me. I'll use BALB/c mice, becaause it is sensitive to allergy induction and is avalible. Any suggestion about special drug or factor?

You can deplete Treg by the available anti-CD25 PC61 monoclonal antibody as one control and injection of additional isolated Treg before allergen treatment as positive control.

I try to compare my special treatment with a routine immunotherapy (IT) method. My study is not about the mechanism of immunotherapy, because it is well known. Some drug or factor like corticosteroids (CS) administration or some thing more specific that is administered as treatment of pulmonary allergic inflammation is welcomed. CS therapy is not a IT method. I am looking for a routine IT method with Treg induction mechanism.
