Any recommended methods for transposon mutagenesis of 'nondomesticated' Bacillus isolates from the soil?

My students are isolating Bacillus species from soil that produce antibiotics. I need a transposon mutagenesis method that they can use to identify the biosynthetic pathways for these antibiotics. I have read that there are issues with conjugation into wildtype, nondomesticated Bacillus due to restriction enzyme systems. Does anyone have a method that i can use in my class for teaching?
