I have been conducting simple Real Time PCR on cDNA extracted from the HK1 cell line, and the two negative controls differ. I am looking for another control to compare to that of GAPDH, preferably a ribosomal protein.

You can go for RPL 27 and RPL 30 both of which are 60S ribosomal protein.
