Dear Rafik, I needed some working protocol for myeloma cells specifically to see if there is any difference between the protocols of adherent and suspension cells.

Khalid, your link was very helpful in terms of specific protocol on myeloma cell line. But I am concerned to the number of cells they have used in the assay. I will try to optimize mine.
